Following the sell out success of its debut last year, we couldn’t be more stoked to announce that our collaboration with our favourite local brewers KCBC is coming back this year – and this time it has some company!
In addition to the Desertfest Pilsner, this year will see the launch of its companion – the Desertfest Hazy IPA!
ABOUT THE BEERS: Produced & packaged specifically for the event by the mad, mad metalheads at KCBC, Desertfest Hazy IPA is a tropical juice BOMB with notes of ripe oranges, fresh pineapple, crushed peaches and soft bitterness. At 6.9% ABV, it packs a solid punch–while still being smooth and balanced for all-day enjoyment. In addition, Desertfest Pilsner is also back this year! This crisp, refreshing Old World lager is brewed with 100% premium German barley and classic European noble hops. Notes of herbal spice & subtle citrus, with soft doughy malt and clean, snappy bitterness. At 4.8% ABV, it’s perfect for CRUSHING, while celebrating all things stoner rock and heavy metal.
Both beers will be available EXCLUSIVELY over the festival weekend, from both The Meadows & Knockdown Center.

ABOUT THE BREWERY: Kings County Brewers Collective (KCBC) is a small, independent brewery, operating in a converted Bushwick warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. The story began when a motley crew of NYC-based brewers joined forces in 2016 and launched the first brick-and-mortar brewery to operate in the historic brewing neighborhood of Bushwick in more than 40 years. KCBC’s award-winning beers are fresh, flavorful and fun, brewed for the diverse community of NYC and beyond. With its focus on high-quality liquid, wildly-creative art, and laid-back taproom vibes, KCBC has become a destination for locals and tourists alike.
